Costantine Vincent Magavilla

Costantine Magavilla’s life mission is to “create experiences that uplift the human state through promoting communication with purpose”.

He lives out this mission having worked as a career marketer over a span of 10years for primarily mass market focused companies (Unilever, Vodacom, Stanbic Bank & Airtel) and taking a leading role in founding and advising social change organizations like Youth of the United Nations (YUNA) and Tanzania Youth Vision Association (TYZA) amongst other youth initiatives.

He is currently the Executive Director for Mancom Limited, a multimedia company born out of his passion for the visual process and communication; and the creative use of these two to inspire people. He also serves as a Strategic Director for Masoko Limited, a leading marketing consultancy firm in Tanzania and sits in the Board of The United Nations Association of Tanzania (UNA).

Magavilla uses his diverse experiences to generate insights and value that he shares with individuals and organizations (primarily youth and professionals) through speaking, contributing extensively to forums and publications, and managing his own website (http://www.magavilla.co.tz).

He has authored a best seller motivational book namely Life & You – a guided journey through self, and is subscribed as a speaker and consultant at East Africa Speakers Bureau (info@eastafricaspeakers.net), which also represents him and is a consultant for Triodos Facet member of Triodos Group Netherlands (http://www.triodosfacet.nl).
